The Deep Recovery Protocol: Recharge at the Cellular Level
PEMF, hyperbaric oxygen, and red light therapy combine to restore depleted systems-for burnout, travel fatigue, and heavy training cycles.
You’re not injured. You’re depleted.
Maybe you’ve been grinding through a heavy training cycle and your body stopped bouncing back. Maybe you just got off your fifth flight this month and feel like you’re operating at 60%. Maybe burnout finally caught up with you and sleep isn’t fixing it.
This isn’t about rest. Your cells are running on empty. They need to be recharged.
That’s what The Deep Recovery Protocol does. Recharge at the cellular level.
The Protocol
PEMF → Hyperbaric (1.3–2.0 ATA) → Red Light
Three modalities, one purpose: flood your system with the energy it needs to rebuild.
PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy) - We start here because it primes everything that follows. PEMF pulses electromagnetic energy through your tissues, stimulating cellular repair, reducing inflammation, and improving how efficiently your cells use oxygen. Think of it as waking up your mitochondria before we supercharge them.
Hyperbaric Oxygen (1.3–2.0 ATA) - You enter the chamber and breathe concentrated oxygen under pressure. This dissolves 10 to 15 times more oxygen into your blood plasma than normal breathing. Every cell in your body gets flooded with its primary fuel. Tissue repair accelerates. Brain fog lifts. Inflammation drops. We calibrate the pressure (1.3 to 2.0 ATA) based on your goals and what you’re recovering from.
Red Light Therapy - We finish with specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light that penetrate deep into tissue. This stimulates ATP production in your mitochondria-pure cellular energy. After PEMF has primed your cells and hyperbaric has flooded them with oxygen, red light locks in the regeneration.
The sequence matters. Each modality amplifies the next.
Who This Is For
Burnout Recovery - You’ve been running on fumes for too long. Your nervous system is shot. Coffee stopped working months ago. This protocol reaches the level where burnout lives-your cells-and restores capacity from the inside out.
Travel Fatigue - Jet lag, recycled cabin air, disrupted sleep, constant time zone shifts. Frequent travelers accumulate a cellular debt that normal rest can’t repay. This protocol clears it. Many of our members schedule sessions immediately after international trips.
Heavy Training Cycles - You’re deep in a training block. Volume is high. Recovery windows are short. Your body is adapting but struggling to keep up. This accelerates the rebuild between sessions so you can actually absorb the training load.
What A Session Looks Like
You’ll start with 20 to 30 minutes of PEMF. You’ll feel gentle pulsing-some people feel energized, others deeply relaxed. Your cells are waking up.
Then you move to the hyperbaric chamber for 60 minutes. Pressure builds gradually (your ears will pop like on an airplane). Once at depth, you simply breathe and rest. Many people read, meditate, or sleep. The oxygen does the work.
You finish with 15 to 20 minutes of red light. Warm, gentle, restorative. By now your body is already processing at a different level.
The whole protocol takes about two hours. Most people feel noticeably different after one session-clearer, lighter, more present. For deep burnout or accumulated fatigue, we recommend a series of 5 to 10 sessions.
The Science of Cellular Recovery
Here’s what’s actually happening:
Your mitochondria-the power plants inside every cell-produce ATP, which is cellular energy currency. When you’re depleted, mitochondrial function declines. Everything downstream suffers: brain function, muscle recovery, immune response, mood.
PEMF, hyperbaric oxygen, and red light all target mitochondrial function from different angles. Together, they restore your cells’ ability to produce energy efficiently.
This isn’t masking symptoms. It’s fixing the power supply.
Getting Started
The Deep Recovery Protocol runs about two hours. We recommend booking when you can take it slow afterward-this isn’t a lunch break thing. Many members schedule it for late afternoon, then go home and sleep hard.
If you’re not sure whether this is right for you, ask us. We’ll talk through what you’re dealing with and whether this protocol or something else makes more sense.
