Frequently Asked Questions
What if I'm claustrophobic?
Our float rooms are spacious-not cramped pods. You're in control: leave the door open, keep a light on, whatever makes you comfortable. Most claustrophobic clients are surprised how relaxing it is.
Will I fall asleep and drown?
The salt concentration makes sinking impossible-you float like a cork. Many people do drift off, and that's perfectly fine. The salt keeps you buoyant no matter what.
How do I prepare for my first float?
Avoid caffeine beforehand. Don't shave the day of (salt stings fresh cuts). Come with an open mind. We'll walk you through everything when you arrive.
Is the water clean?
Extremely. The high salt concentration is naturally antimicrobial, and we use advanced filtration between every session. Our water quality exceeds health department standards.
How long is a session?
60-90 minutes is typical. First-timers often start with 60. Once you get used to it, you'll want the full 90-time disappears in there.
